Nice to see the HaT range being acknowledged ,they’ve been on the market for quite a while, not too pricey, but a little diminutive- the problem is that they’re better sculpted for 1/72 and have been scaled up without increasing the size of hands and heads.

I love this video, very informative. Its great to see some of the smaller nations getting some from manufacturers. I don't know it would be more of a "Getting Started" or a "Maxing your minis," but it would be great to have a video on how to collect some of the various smaller staes (Confederation of the Rhine, Wurtemburg, Saxony, Naples etc). On the subject of Wurtemburg, do you have any thoughts on the Price of Crowns Kickstarter and the rise of 3D printing for the Napoleonic scene?

Thanks for another great video, making me want to start yet another army project. On Deroy, maybe you mix him up with Benjamin Thompson, Graf von Rumford. Now that is an interesting character. He was an american physicist, who commanded loyalist troops in the AWI, fled to London, knighted by George III, moved on to Bavaria and became minister of war! He reorganized the Bavarian army for which he became a count of The Holy Roman Empire (taking the name Rumford, which was apparently an old name for Concord). What is he known for today? Rumfords baking powder in the USA, which was named after him.

@@NapoleonicWargaming Wrede in general, I think. Either at Wagram, or against big N and the Guard. Incidentally, Bavarians and the Guard makes an excellent combined collection. With each other at Wagram, or one against the other in 1813 (Hanau, unless I'm mistaken again)

Good video. Really want to start Bavarians now. Btw, General Deroy was a real fighting general who died during the russian campaign in 1812 and is burried in Polotsk. Neither the german or the english wikipedia mention amerika, so I think you must have confused him with someone else.

Great vid, spend a lot of time myself on "what if" scenarios when it comes to what to sneak past the wife next. 1 suggestion and I don't know how easy or difficult it is but maybe have a graphic of how you could break down the boxes for example, 2 victrix boxes gets 3 battalions, 24 men plus command etc. Just easier to visualise what you can get on the table.

According to a book by Peter Bunde, Markus Gärtner and Markus Stein about the Bavarian army, Bavarian battalions only carried one flag but regiments were given 2 flags. Not stopping me from having two flags per battalion though, According to them, by 1812 the 6th and 10th line carried the virgin Marie flag, the 1st and 2nd line carried the 1803 model which is the one with the electorate coat of arms, the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 11th, and 13th carried the 1808 model which is the kingdoms coat of arms on a white background or surrounded by the Bavarian diamond pattern, and finally, the 7th, 8th and 9th line carried either the 1803 or 1808. The 13th line apparently had a special flag for their 1st battalion which they carried in 1806. It’s basically just a normal Bavarian flag with the electorate coat of arms on it.

I brought 2 packets and have had them 2 weeks . I left a in depth figure account on REVIEW on the Victrix site . Did you not read that ? In short there are 2 command of 4 per packet . Even the Victrix dialogue on web page site has it wrong . Quote : From 8 infantry sprues on each there are 4 Marching Figures and 2 Firing Figures . That's 32 Marching and 16 Firing . There are 2 Command sprues included in Bag .Each has identical 5 figures . A total on the two command sprues of 1 Mounted Colonel ,and 4 Command units of 1 Officer, 1 Drummer , 1 Standard Bearer , 1 Sergeant. So to sum up 32 Marching , 16 Firing , 8 command and 2 Mounted Colonels
