How do you handle returns ? What address does the customer use for returns ?

We open a return with the supplier, get a shipping label from them, and then the customer sends the item right back to the supplier

I have sold over 50,000 products online. Out of all of those transactions, maybe 100 buyers have sent me a message asking me why their item came in a different box (I think it's actually much less than 100). Out of those 100 people, only about 50 followed up after I sent them an explanation and continued to complain about it. Once the eBay account is flagged the drop shipping seller will receive the following auto generated email: "Hello, We’ve determined that you haven’t followed our selling practices - drop shipping policy. There is evidence on your account that you are purchasing items from an online retail or marketplace site after you sell the item on eBay and having that retailer ship the item directly to the customer. While in violation of this policy, the account will not be eligible for the Top Rated program until it is in compliance." That's basically the first warning. From there the account gets shut down.

When receiving an order on eBay and purchasing from AliExpress, leave a note asking the seller not to include pricing details or AliExpress branding in the package. I do this and worked for me:)

I'm not using any of the tools for drop shipping and what's not making sense is I found something to drop ship on AliExpress but it's free shipping. When I go on eBay and make the listing I don't know what to put as the package details or if I should make it free shipping. Paul I’ve been selling items from around house to prime personal eBay acct. Made 16 sales so far with 68 items listed. Will be transitioning exclusively to Dropshipping end of month. Will be selling from personal eBay acct for now. When I upload Walmart items to AutoDS and AutoDS uploads to my eBay listings will all those items from AutoDS be sent to my current eBay listings? Or I’ll have to create an actual “store” to have items listed?

You don't print any labels. Your supplier ships it. Then they send you a tracking number that you enter into eBAy

When I talked to customer service, they told me they had to suspend my account because of this. Mind you, I had not added one item to my eBay account.
