Hey Ryan, just started listening and love your Brandon T interview! We have 6 LTRs making 4k/month net profit all conventional loans. Knowing the limits on how many properties conventional loans will allow (8-10), would you continue with as many conventional loan investments as allowed and THEN go to hard or private money or jump write into hard money loans to move potentially faster? Thanks, and eventually, my wife and I will make it to one of your events, hopefully soon!

If you watched this and thought you learned something ask yourself this. 1: how do you find comparables? 2: how do you estimate ARV? 3: What items give a return on your money? Deck, flooring, bathrooms, etc. 4: how do you read the market? What is the difference a buyer's and seller's market? All this video does is sell you an idea and a product. Story changes a bit from video to video. 40 or so couches per month ($8000/$200) sounds like a furniture store. In video with Brandon Turner both admitted loosing money on recent house flips. Making these videos and selling courses that's how this gentleman is making money. Live learn, get a library membership and educate yourself without spending outrageous amounts of money on "motivational speakers". Real estate is one of the vehicles, definitely not for everyone. There is a potential to make money and there is a high risk. Don't gamble with your money. Really educate yourself, study hard, work hard, play it safe. If you have saved enough keep your money in a bank, and get professional financial advice. Watch these videos to train your critical thinking and for entertainment, don't waste your resources. Only high risk warrants high returns.

@@Tency777 No matter what you study in college, please do yourself a favor, finish your degree. Have something meaningful in your hands like a real diploma, from an academic institution. After you have your diploma, the world. Is your oyster. KZbin is a well of information, some of the substance out of that well, can be real crap. Remember KZbinrs make money by having views, subscribers, paddling some subscription services etc., information they provide can be true and can be b.s. KZbin makes money, often by showing lots of questionable ads many of which are obvious scams. The viewer is ultimately responsible to be able to differentiate what is what. Be very careful how you spend your resources, time included.

@@Tency777 sorry I did not see your whole comment, you should have a record of making a payment, doesn't have to be a receipt, a bank or credit card statement will be enough. Call those people, ask for your money back. If you did not receive a service taking your money can potentially get them in trouble. Get your records together and reach out. I'm pretty sure they're going to get your money back to you.
