@@intrinsicsatish No, But I have few year back where If you are commerce graduate , MBA in finance or trained by any professional you can practise as Income Tax practisner, Although, GST is little different where we have to clear some kind of exam but we can also serve without that certificate. please make sure you have to re-verify this details with any expert. But last fact is You can do all these services without any special degree but don't make your client down and always guide as you can help them. I'm 24 and I'm doing from last 4 years and also have a degree in B.Com(Hons.) in Taxation and Investment.
