I just love how guys "explain" something without explaining anything. Just look at the property and think of how long it would take you and boom you got it! No not even close. How would a guy that's never done commercial before know how to bid 63 trees that need their canopies raised twice a year, or how to bid those entrance flowerbeds with a million snapdragons in it, retention ponds, ditches, green belts, mulch etc, etc ,etc. ok I got my price divide by 12 boom 8500 a month, too bad I wont get it because BrightView will do it for $1000 a month. Now if you want to make a really good video on this subject record a guy walking an HOA Pricing it with real numbers and show why my $60 mow for 4k sq. ft. that same 4k on a HOA common area will not pay $60 even though it takes the same time that 4k the HOA only pays $15 for. So yeah just figure out how long it'll take you doesn't work. Please don't mistake my rant for anger or dislike of your video. It's more frustration that no one really explains bidding HOA's how it should be.

Hey Teno, great insights. This was just a short highlight clip from a recent podcast with Steve. On the audio only full length episode Steve is way more comprehensive in bidding commercial work. Thank you for the feedback, it helps a lot, we are trying to get the most helpful info out there.
