I see that you are a Christian.i am a Born Again Christian… and I already was doing intermittent fasting and I didn’t even know it I go.low plan similar to weight watchers and I eat whatever I want ,measuring all my food ..this works for me ,,and I go off my plan every other week.. it varies … I love my food plan it’s designed for me ..do I gain yes but not what I use to gain.i get back on track… I have binge eating … and it’s taking years of education and not beating myself up.. … I have basically kept my weight off for 7 years .. For me I don’t exercise because it does something to my thoughts to think I can eat more … or I use it like a bulemic would … For years I was a runner and I ran for hours a day and now I did too much ,I can’t run anymore… I walk but I never take walks in hot weather. I love to clean and that is my exercise ..and taking care of my dog… This works for me.. As a child ,I ate in the middle of the night and never could stop ,tried everything Years of praying ,and I finally stopped,I truly believe it was Jesus who redeemed my mind … .. I make mistakes because I have binge eating but it has improved immensely.. All diets work ,but it’s what one works for me ,, I knew I could never give up sweets or bread.. so strict plans were too hard and made me severely depressed… .. I will eat my food plan what works for me for the rest of my life Thank you for listening Sincerely,your sister in Christ
