How to Start Learning GERMAN in 2024? 🤔 - Including Jenny's Background Story

My German learning was 45 years ago in Oberschule. I took 3 years of German, and it's surprising how much I remember....and how much there is yet to learn. The past 4 years I have listening daily to "Der Deutsche Hitmix" with Andy Borg and Karl Moix....all while exercising in the morning. There is yet a massive amount of German to newly learn, especially the verbs, colloquials, and structure. The beautiful Jenny is there to help.

Danke Jenny. I have another problem. I started to learn german and I totally forgot my english. How? 2 days before, I wanted to speak english, and I couldn't say a Word. Some people can learn 2 languages at the same time. Gibt es vielleicht tipp wie kann ich es machen?

German & English are Germanic languages, so why is it easier for native Anglophones to learn Romance languages than German?

English is a Germanic language but has been substantially relexified with Norman French, Latin and Romance loan words. Therefore, the language has more romance words, with the exception of the most common words.
