I was kinda dreading doing 18 mins but I was shocked when it was over! I feel great and it was nice to hear you talk throughout the video. It made exercising feel less like a chore.

I just finished this workout and all I can say is Thankyou so much!! My lower back has been in constant pain for like a week now and it cracked about 7 times. I feel so much better and definitely will be back for more!!

This series is a Godsend. Thank you so much for making it & letting it be accessible! You're such a good instructor. Your communication felt clear, kind, & interesting/personable with enough silence too so I could focus (ADHD brain). Recently learned Pilates is the only type of exercise safe for me to do right now (POTS) but I can't afford classes. It's a relief to have this series & from a Black woman instructor. Thank you again

I finally got to try one of your videos, and got through the entire thing 🙌🏾. After pretty much taking the pandemic off from working out, I’ve lost most of my muscle tone.
