I was kinda dreading doing 18 mins but I was shocked when it was over! I feel great and it was nice to hear you talk throughout the video. It made exercising feel less like a chore.

I’m 7 weeks postpartum and that was my first workout since baby. That felt amazing!! Definitely boosted my confidence and looking forward to adding more each day 😊

This is my first time I have felt like I have truly woken up my muscles in a long time and I feel like I am back in touch with my body. I love that you focus on how good it makes you feel and how important it is for mobility. Thank you for teaching us how to snatch and slander

I used to workout religiously but since an injury 2 years ago I just have not been motivated or enjoyed working out. I'm 46 and have really started to feel stiff and sore. Raven, your workouts are bringing my joy back to fitness. Thank you!

I just finished this workout and all I can say is Thankyou so much!! My lower back has been in constant pain for like a week now and it cracked about 7 times. I feel so much better and definitely will be back for more!!

This series is a Godsend. Thank you so much for making it & letting it be accessible! You're such a good instructor. Your communication felt clear, kind, & interesting/personable with enough silence too so I could focus (ADHD brain). Recently learned Pilates is the only type of exercise safe for me to do right now (POTS) but I can't afford classes. It's a relief to have this series & from a Black woman instructor. Thank you again

I finally got to try one of your videos, and got through the entire thing 🙌🏾. After pretty much taking the pandemic off from working out, I’ve lost most of my muscle tone. Been having lower back pain from being sedentary, but feel so much better after doing your workout. I can’t wait to workout tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your gift of teaching with the world ❤

thank you so much for making these videos 🥰😍 I wanted to share, bc an OMF surgeon corrected me when I had said it as well- it’s TMD. we all have TMJ, bc j means joint. he made a not so nice remark when correcting me but most people don’t know, so I wanted to share 🫶🏽

I loved this! Well done! It was easy to keep up with and you were reassuring that things don't have to be perfect(whih a lot of people just getting into any exercise tend to stress about). I'll def be using this video as part of a morning routine!
