Doesn’t it get hot for them? I have two pens for my snails, the wooden one and the concrete one. The snails in the wooden pen are fine and flourishing while the ones in the concrete are dying(people are saying it’s heat. I’d like to know if the tire pen doesn’t get hot too

Thank you for your videos on snail farming. I'm from the Philippines and I got interested on this recently and planning to start as soon as possible. I have two questions, can I use agricultural lime ( calcium carbonate ) instead of eggshells?...and is it ok to hunt land snails in the wild since AA,AM,AF is not always readily available here in my country?...
