They know they have a fantastic product and prefer to let interested guests come to them, making the experience informative and stress-free.

We just got back from Dollywood for the eighth time. I’m exhausted. I hurt my foot pushing the stroller all over the park. Our next vacation is going to be to Amish country where we are going to do nothing but relax, eat and visit the little towns 😅

Nice! I've heard some amazing things about Dollywood, but I haven't been out that way yet. It's on the list though! It looks fun and the whole area looks absolutely beautiful.

We were back in Cleveland when we started seriously thinking about DVC, and watched A TON of KZbin channels and videos before we took the plunge. Having the videos was nice because it didn't rely on our ability to be in the same place at the same time for a call or chat with Member Services during that initial exploration phase. Surprisingly, for all their slick promotional videos, DVC does not have A good series that covers the what, why, and how's of DVC in an easily digestible way.

Having access to such a large library of videos about DVC in the comfort of your own home sharing the experiences of people from all walks of life is PRICELESS when trying to decide whether or not it's right for you AND understanding how you can make DVC work best for you. There's no denying that! That said, combining that with the resources that DVC provides [both on their website and in person] can definitely fill in some of the gaps. 😄

Did a DVC tour at Riviera last month. Considering buying. But I was disappointed by the representatives. They said I’d get a Disney gift card in exchange for going through the presentation. The gift card never came. :(
