I lost 10 lbs in a month with the following: No sugar gluten and dairy (I have PCOS and lots of inflammation) 10k steps a day minimum 2/3 physical activities (I do 2 hrs of badminton and 2 of pickleball a week) Glad to take some of your tips as well to keep going 🙂

Hi I have PCOS too and have the same symptoms of inflammation, when you went sugar free did this include fruits?
@amaiwaez
@amaiwaez 11 күн бұрын
@@justmejamii recently I’ve been researching this! When people say cut sugar generally they mean processed sugar. Sugar in fruits doesn’t really spike up as high as eating a cookie or cake. You can definitely eat fruits but keep in mind of eating fruits that have a lower glycemic index if you’re worried about blood sugar levels. - all berries - pears - oranges - cherries - apples Also this is something my acupuncturist told me to eat fruits after eating a breakfast or lunch and no sugar after dinner.

You just need discipline thats all, also always write down how much you lost and when you feel like you want to give up just look at how much weight you lost already, YOU did that & only YOU can continue to see results

Thank you. This is realistic and encouraging. Step by step, slowly, lifestyle, focus on what you can do at each point. Not as intimidating as some of the advice out there. Thank you

That's .86 gallon of water for me. 😭 No need for a gym. I have no interest in or money for it. Thank God for kettlebells and youtube! Not being worried about progress is so important for me. I can't stand it when people say you have to take before and progress pictures. No I don't. My goal is to be strong and healthy. That's not something I'm going to see. It's something I'm going to feel, and I'll know when I get there. Really been enjoying watching your videos over this past week and a half. 😊

You’ve done so well on this journey, Morgan! I love watching these videos and instantly feeling motivated.. like I legit just started going a little research and math during your video to try to start trying harder to build a couple healthy habits that you mentioned, even my water intake.. now I know that I should drink my Stanley 3 times a day, lol. KEEP GOING, you’re doing great!

I can’t drink more than 40 oz without being sick. Now that I’m actually trying to make sure I drink, I realize I was severely under drinking. Maybe 1 1/2 to 2 bottles of 16.2 bottles a day. Sometimes three if I’m walking on my treadmill.

I stick to 3 sets of 10-15 depending on the what I’m doing. For the weight, I started low and slowly went up by 5 or 10 pounds when I first started lifting. Hope this was helpful!

Absolutely stay with what’s working for you! I loved working out at home a few years ago and you don’t get netter results if you workout in the gym compared to working out at home! Keep up the great work you’re doing 💪🏾

Thank you for sharing & for the tips ❤ I'm not sure if the 1 gram of protein per 1 lb of weight is legit 😂 I would need to eat 225 grams of protein a day! And what about for people who are 300 lbs??? I just thought that part was funny because I've also heard this from other people!
