Absolutely loved this video - I’m starting the gym this week and I’m really hesitant but I’m the unhappiest I’ve ever been with myself and it’s affecting not only me personally but my relationships too. Your video was so genuine and real and reminded me of what’s really important, it was so refreshing to watch. Definitely subscribed :) thank you!!!!

Hi, I'm just reading your comment as I watch this video for the first time. How is your health journey going?
@ThreeTCreations3 жыл бұрын
Endosen, it's great to put a focus on your health at an early age. Try not to stress about it though. Too much stress on top of working out and home work and school can have the opposite effect of what you're going for. One day at a time Endosen, enjoy the process and be easy on yourself.

Just some advice, I was in this mindset before where I was unhappy and I thought if I just did one thing, losing weight, somehow I’d be super happy, that’s not how it works. It’s better to focuse on health all health, mental, physical, and spiritual, and coming at this from love not hate. If your making yourself miserable to get there your not going to be happy to reach the goal. Remember instead of pushing yourself to burnout try consistency, a 20 min easy workout 5 times a week is a lot better than a 1-2 plus of working out but then you give up after a couple months. Also if your struggling with food pls don’t come at this for a calorie counting starving yourself approach. Instead do things to regulate health hormones and hunger signals. Like doing things that relieve stress(yoga, walks, meditating, getting off screens) and also getting enough sleep and try eat balance meals of real food, it could be astonishing how much energy you have if you just eat a balance for ex: pork chops with rice+butter, microwave frozen veggie mix and a plum for dessert! Anyways yeah, I probably repeated what she said in the video but I just saw your comment and started ranting cuz I don’t want other people doing what I did and hating themselves and getting nowhere.

I liked that you started the video with the long haul approach. I noticed when I really sat down and started to look at what I wanted to do, it felt like the way some influencers approach promoting a healthy lifestyle it is very much like..."do this starting tomorrow" when the reality is most of us have a ton of habits that will take time to break and we will need to implement smaller changes along the way.

I relate to the overall health part so much. When I was 16/17 I hated my body and wanted to be skinny so bad. I weighed myself every day and measured myself every week and even though I got really skinny it was never enough and just gave me bad eating and health habits. About a year ago I decided to start loving myself and stopped working out until I could workout while also loving my body. Now I am starting my fitness journey again and this time I’m doing it for myself to feel better and happier.

This is so great to hear ❤️ i am so proud of you for starting! that is one of the hardest parts. keep it up and do this for you. remind yourself that YOU are worth the effort and take each day as a fresh start, forgiving yourself from the day before. focus on you and improving and not the mean things other people will say. it is worth it in the end, always.

Great video. I don't feel bad about myself but, I can be pretty lazy. Also, I over eat. I'm 4"10 and I'm use to eating larger amounts of food. I grew up in a foodie family that eat fried foods and deserts all day long. The habit is so hard to break. I think the longest I've ever lasted was a year. I was pretty strict with myself and I love the gym. If I'm not careful I would live at the gym. It becomes an obsession and then I get burnt out and become lazy again. I'm not sure why it's so hard for me.
