I liked your tips, thanks. I already try to practice every morning in my room... Your Oum seems powerful, to energize the chakras, throat chakra and the others... Thanks and now want to see your other videos. I am on Daily Yoga and your videos will help me. Namaste.

And if you sleep on your back this position will open up your chakras. For me the best time to Meditate is at night time (Day time = Too much activity and to much stress).

@@always-positivity Morning is still daytime (Too much energetic Global Activity). According to me , would be a lot better at night or evenings (Less Activity = More calm).

@@Markuz1775 oh okay! Was just wondering. I'm new-ish to mediation so wanted to hear what other people had to say. I had read that it's good to meditate twice a day. Once in the morning and once and night. Is that not usually what people do?

@@always-positivity You just have to do what feels good or is ok for you. I am more in Zen in the evening and i feel too much activity during the morning.

Can someone tell me what happened? Years ago I was having trouble with fear of death. One specific afternoon, I noticed that listening to the repetitive sound of cicadas changed my state of mind. I was not worried with death anymore, because for a brief moment it felt that I am them (the cicadas and the nature around me), and they are me, and it is all a cycle. It was such a good feeling and I know nothing about meditation. I wonder if this was some sort of meditation. I have tried to meditate some times in my life whith audios and dance but nothing happened. Because the cicadas rythim caused an effect on me, I wonder if that sound can be considered a mantra? What hapenned? Are there ways/mantras to reproduce or improve it? Thanks!
@kittyt79224 жыл бұрын
You felt transcendent ☀️ it’s a beautiful feeling and a true one. It’s your soul temporarily awakening to the interconnected everything. The rhythm of the cicadas absolutely would have helped in that-repetitive sounds quiet the ego, that’s why mantras can be useful in meditation, although they aren’t strictly necessary for it. If you want to be closer to that transcendent awareness, try to incorporate mindfulness in your daily life-set up a regular meditative or creatively expressive practice, walk barefoot in nature if you can (or even just touch a leaf!), eat plant-based meals slowly and focusing mindfully on each bite, slow down and turn inward, behave with compassion. Just some ideas ❤️

I kinda feel shy doing it but also vividly remember trying it as a child after watching Tina Turner's documentary (So random I know) it was a child's game but I remember it felt good. So wanna try it again as adult but sooo shy to let my vocals do it. Any advice?
@islabonita63043 жыл бұрын
What helped me break from my vocal shyness is practicing along with a video. The audio from the video was like chanting with others, and slowly I lowered the volume until it was comfortable to just hear myself. One helpful video paused between every 4 chants, and I continued during the pause. I still use that same video. Hope this helped. And hope it made sense. :)

I'm really trying to understand why I can't do mantras fir more than 30 seconds without acquiring severe adhd symptoms but meditation is easy. Mantras wake me up and is like doing maths exam while driving a car for me, I just don't get what they are for how to relax while consentrating so hard and having sound interrupt any possible process of becoming relaxed at all and there is nothing restful about this for me it makes me wide awake like nails on blackboard 😔😫. I wish I understood how it works, what is the aim, how is distracting noise and concentration meditative in any way. how do you relax. why it doesn't work why does it do 100 times the oposite for me of what others say it does for them, there is no information about how to do mantras or why they don't work anywhere.

2 Corinthians 4:4 King James Version (KJV) 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
@linked2you3713 жыл бұрын
Oldskool Funk you're condemning something that you don't understand by quoting a scripture from the New Testament. Did you know that Amen in the Bible is actually Aum? So we read in the Book of Revelation " in the beginning was the Word and the Word was God and the Word was with God..." Also ...These things saith the Amen (or Aum) the true and faithful witness of God or the Word of God. So what this means is God spoke (vibration) the first Mantra which is Aum or Amen is the primordial sound that brought the Light and this physical creation into manifestation. Aum (Amen) is the Holy Ghost. Also the second coming of Christ is you (and everyone of us) coming into their own Christ consciousness.
