It is true, I'll share my experience, one normal morning around 3.30a.m I meditate and went very deep into meditations, I was experience the sound of silence and I started chanting Aum unknowingly. After the meditation I felt something different in myself. Especially in between my eyebrows and nose. I would have not known if I didn't watch sadhguru explanation. Glad for sadhguru. Thanks Sadhguru , I’ve tried this in the last week & I’ve not had to take any anxiety medication. Even in public I step away & say Aum & just vibrate my head & neck . It somehow resets the nerve. It’s like biting your tongue when you need to sneeze😮, you can’t sneeze. Thanks
