As somebody who's starting my first business, all the people I talk to, and all these business building videos and everybody says it has to be a completely unique idea. Has to be totally unique and something the world has never seen. I say "there are thousands of gas stations out there. Hundreds of gas station brands. They all basically do the same thing. There are tens of thousands of fast food restaurants. Hundreds of brands. They all basically do the same thing. And they all make a ton of money"

Yes often budding entrepreneurs and young business people think that they have to have every step of the way figured out before diving in. Well this isn't even possible because things will come up that you didn't even imagine happening. Just get started, tunnel vision looking at one step at a time. Start step one, when it's rolling, proceed to step two, etc. This keeps your mind from becoming tangled up in seeing the way through it all. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

If you don't know how to do some part of business or others things that require education but don't want to read a book there is also free online courses (an Audit) where you get to access to university grade education without the certificate/Exam. I recommend Edx, you can learn from Harvard and MIT and many others from a spectrum of universities, big and small.

If anyone has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am at a point where I need to get some employees to take this to the next step of growth. I am not one to ask for money, and even uncomfortable in delegating tasks over to an employee. But in order to take this to the next level and start making some real money, I have to get some assistance. I can't continue to do everything myself. Business is a team sport after all lol. "It's not about the idea, it's about the implementation." This such a subjective and blatantly incorrect statement. I thought TED talks were backed by data and facts. One can easily say that Google's search algorithm was a brilliant idea and the reason behind their success and that the implementation is just something important that follows. As another example, let's consider recruiting for a software engineer. The thing we frown on the most is candidates diving right into the execution (writing code) before thinking clearly about the problem and the solution. Execution isn't the only key to success. It is important, but the ideation phase is equally important.
