Gonna go take that challenge now and accept whatever happens, thanks ^_^

I've just read that Mark Zuckerberg was rated only as a medium level programmer on competitive programming sites like LeetCode. So you could let your boss know that people who aren't the best at coding challenges can still build very successful apps. 😊 P.S. Regardless of how you feel about FB, the fact that it all started with the code of a college student and now it's an app used by billions, it's an impressive story. 😊

@@HolisticDeveloper It was a Quora post called "How good of a programmer is Mark Zuckerberg and does he still sometimes code for Facebook?" There's also a post on Business Insider called "The Worst-Kept Secret About Mark Zuckerberg Is That He's *Not* Actually A Coding Genius." I was wrong though: the competitive coding site mentioned in those articles was TopCoder not LeetCode. Also, I didn't fact check the story but I do think it's worth retelling because it has a message that I know to be true: hard work can take you further than talent. 😊

I usually learn new technology by hands-on experience too! For example, if I want to learn how to use docker, I will try to dockize my web app. If I encounter with any obstacles, I will stay calm and read some documentations for a while and start to write some codes. It is a cycle. You will definitely face some problems and you will need to go back to the documentations thoroughly and then starts to write code again!

I’m afraid to graduate and not go into the field I want and end up doing some lousy c++ or something all my life lol.
