I like to add seasoned bread crumbs between the leaves; they settle down near the meaty part of the leaf and tastes amazing. 👍🏼

Summertime was steamed artichoke time in my family. My Mom would fix and Dad would cut the core for us kids to eat. Happy Birthday Mom 07.06. - miss you.
