Hello! This is the oval paint brush from Country Chic Paint -- it's the best for stencilling! And the paint is Liquorice from Country Chic Paint as well. It's the best black paint that I have found for mats. I have updated the description to include where you can find them :)

I always use Country Chic Paint :) it’s my favourite but plain acrylic craft paint would work too just make sure you seal really well with Scotch guard
