I’ve been scared to say that because I thought he’d start charging, I plan to go to the actual gym tbr because if he’s able to communicate this clearly on video then I know the live feedback is gonna be super legit💯🔥

Coach Tom. I could've sworn there was an owl in the scene around the 0:48 mark paying homage to the wise. I must've been imagining it.... It would've been a beautiful moment for an awesome channel.

You should do a video on how to step backwards and punch with power. Being dangerous moving backwards is very useful in a world of people that only know how to move forward

Like for the hook to be up a little bit more good segment coach
@PhoenixProdLLC3 жыл бұрын
Q: Hi Coach, With a left shovel hook to the body is it better to begin the attack with your left shoulder kind of cocked back or does that really matter, in terms of intensity of impact on the opponent? Do you start the move with your shoulder already cocked back *before* you release the shot? I have no idea if it "matters" or not in the fray, so to speak.
@nikolasavic12423 жыл бұрын
left leg finish the movement, simultaneously left hand hits opponent. right leg finish the movement,right hand hits the opponent,simultaneously. that is how you transfer the power from your body into the punches. fundamental and simple, but master this, and you are danger to your opponent.
