8:45 For the meal prep, you could prepare the ingredients for different meals through your week rather than cooking in batches and most likely get bored

I used weight watchers to lose 135 pounds. Stopped for a year, put on 70. Back on weight watchers.

1+2.) Discipline and consistency. It's as simple as people not having enough willpower and wanting the perfect results without all the effort. I understand as per your brand/channel you need to explain all sides and variables but it really just comes down to how bad the individual wants their results. Let's not beat around the Bush and pretend there is any other reason except for a lack of willpower. (Does not at all apply to individuals that run into health problems as a result of sudden changes to nutrition)

Depends on your personality. Going “all in”/extreme can be a lot easier to stick with for many.
@FlowHighPerformance111 сағат бұрын
true. In my experience coaching, the people who go 'all in' usually only stick with it for a short period of time

I've got a lot a pretty active social life on the weekends with a solid food plan for the work-week. Those social events are the biggest contributor and disruptor to inconsistencies with my deficit. I need to be better with damage control but I had a pudgy childhood of consuming huge portions. Rather than a simple CICO equation, it feels like I'm breaking down years and years of bad habits.

It will likely take a while to develop new habits, but it is worth it for long-term weight management 👍

You can also just go hungry at social events if there’s nothing appropriate there for you. It’s not like being a wittle hungee for a few hours will have much of an impact.

yep, definitely a good point

I thought loosing at 0.5% was better than 1% for muscle retention etc

Good point. I'd say that depends on your level of leanness and the duration of the diet phase.
@FlowHighPerformance111 сағат бұрын
1% is a maximum. For leaner individual, I'd recommend a slower rate 👍

Does weight training stay the exact same during weight loss?
