Just replaced the head on a FS 76 and ms260 today, the screwdriver hole was the clue to removing my 2 stihl trimmer heads.Great help to people that don't do that much work on these small engine devices.

I love that you use a real trimmer, grass cuttings and all. Your tip about the hole being filled was so helpful- exactly what had confounded me. I'm an old(er) lady and you made this an easy one-woman job! Thank you!

Running (3) FS131 trimmers w/25-2 heads that my crew are destroying; had to replace (2) complete heads today and guards are soon to follow. Looks like we need a refresher course in proper height adjustment because these have literally been run into the ground. Excellent video for my newbies to watch when they can't reach me, and need to perform maintenance. Thanks!

I just bought an FS70. I'm not using it for commercial but I'm sick and tired of my disposable Ryobi's and I've got a decent sized lot that I like to keep it maintained! I doubled my warranty buying $15 of Stihl oil (2 -> 4 years). It starts easy, sounds good, and using it the first time made me realize I've been playing with kids toys before this one. lol Thanks again for the videos!

Kris Michaud good choice, you'll like the power and reliability, I always tell people to buy the extra oil to double warranty

Thanks. I had the slasher attachment on and wasn't sure if that plate needed to go back on between the pole and spool. They don't get swapped around too often so this was very informative without trying to find the instructions and spend twice the time trying to understand them.

Hey Donny, I'm looking to replace a Craftsman straight shaft trimmer head that uses pre-cut line with a tap head. The one in this video is so cool, is there a similar one that will fit a Craftsman 30cc 4 cycle straight shaft trimmer? I have never had a problem with a tap head, Craftsman thinks turning off the motor every 10 min. or less is a better solution. Thanks for the info.
