Yesterday i cried. Because i was being over lazy i had studies, errands to run, had to excercise and what not but i chose to lay on bed and scroll through instagram. This is now me. I was not able to get up.... i was literally scrolling instagram even while i had tears in my eyes of uselessness. But today i woke up a decieded not to feel lazy anymore and trust me if you are active when you wakeup you will be active through out the entire day :)

Hey sis! I would recommend you not to use Instagram. It is a time consuming app moreover I find it addicting and I wasted my whole quarantine watching reels and feeling insecure about myself and my body.

I tried this routine and my body showed improvements, in between this routine I attended Zumba sessions, later on Zumba and running. Result: flat stomach, no love handles.

I am so happy and surprised to see that i follow almost everything he's told in the video... like seriously first in forever 🤭🤭 I am so amazed. I do eat four soaked munkka after drinking water and oil pulling, I also take sun bath for 20 minutes. I workout daily. I do make to-do list everyday. I eat a fruit in the evening, I eat dinner by 7:30 or atleast by 8. I walk afterwards. And drink milk at night, although not dry dates milk but haldi milk. I am so thrilled to see that first time I am watching one of his videos and I don't feel like I need to incorporate anything new or make additional efforts 😁😁👻👻
