The regular Indian diet has way too much carbohydrates which is why there are so many diabetics in the country. We need to think better and not go with the standard breakfast stuff like poha, upma etc which are 100% carbs. A more balanced meal is the way to go. Local grains like jowar, amaranth etc should be more easily accessible. Fresh fruits, protein should be part of every day diet.

I have a few questions or maybe doubts about this video: 1. Hansaji ne hame yoga ke baare me bataya aur khud itni achchhi practitioner h but unhe glasses tab bhi h, kya yoga me eyes ko fix karne ke tareeke nhi h? 2. 6:46 se unhone ek fat doctor ki story batayi ki kaise vo doctor slim and fit ho gaya 98 ki age me bhi but agar ye diet ko itna mehetv deti h khud bhi to vo slimness wala ilaj hansaji ne khudpar kyo nhi kiya h. comment is not written in an offensive way, it's just curiosity and doubts

First of all, it is Yog, not Yoga. Secondly, its not an exercise, it is sum of physical, mental and spiritual state of a person and one has to master to balance between these three energies. One who masters it termed as Yogi. Sahaj-Yog is one way to achieve that. So implement and do Yog in the right way else it won't help you ever. BTW, Hansaji is explaining it well, legend.

yoga for internal organs gut become strong eat in limit discipline in eating - when to eat . after 25 age - diluted milk , half water + half milk , aadrak is good at morning . afternoon - 1 glass chaas ( dahi + water + zeera + rock salt )/lemonade / soup ( chaas / egg/ meat cuz same nutrient balance ) snacks - boiled chaane , mumpahli , puffed corn , kurmure , ya upma poha , idli dinner - soup , mixed veg or clear soup . take liquid all 4 times . inbetween seasonal fruits . liquid + some solid eat to bhukh mitnae ke liye , not for pet bharna eat to staisfy your hunger , not to full your stomach sleep 1 hour more for fat people , sleep more help in reducing stress . after 1 month 20 minutes k liye Parwataasan,Taalasan,Yastikaasan,upar ki taraf kheenchnay ka aasan अपने आप को ऊपर खींचना वाले दो-तीन आसन करो जैसे हाथ को ऊपर पकड़ लिया स्ट्रेचिंग योर होल बॉडी walk आप चलो थोड़ा आधा घंटा वो भी शुरुआत करो 10 मिनट से फिर आधा घंटा सवेरे और शाम और यह सब करो तीन महीने बाद
