This one is for me ooh doctor. I am always tired trust me Doctor. One of the cause I think is, because I am lack of too much of sleep. Then my body lack of too much vitamin D. That what my phycian doctor told me I need to drink 3, 000 milligram of vitaminsD in the morning and evening. I am trying now to regain good energy and strength. Thank you so much for educating me about this everyday tireness.

Gosh I hate it when doctors do that. It's literally their job to hear out their patients and alleviate any concerns. Instead they make us feel like we're hypochondriacs and make us feel uncomfortable about discussing our issues with them
