If your gum is red and sore or infected, use sea salt and or himalayan salt at least a tea spoon and a couple of drops of oregano oil and clove oil added to it, swish around the affected area for a minute at least several times a day, then mix water and turmeric powder and apply to the teeth for 5 minutes and rinse off, it has reversed even a quite bad gum infection for me. Coconut oil pulling and massaging is great to care for longer. Ultimately reduce consumption of wheat and sugar to a rare treat to help with dental health.

Always check the ingredients of the salt you use. Morton salt, for instance, contains dextrose, a simple corn sugar that leads to tooth decay and high blood sugar, the main reason for adding the dextrose is to feed the addiction to overly processed faux foods.

Hello guys. I had _that_ problem and it worsened about 14 months ago but I did not quite pay attention to my dentist's advice on the matter. To cut a long story short, it was a bit too late when I restarted my treatment and a panoramic X-ray was needed. Then a splinting of 1 loose tooth. Nothing really worked. This massage technique can help save the remaining of my teeth, I hope. Now I am taking care of 2 additional ones as well. Take care of those teeth as soon as possible to save your dental pieces, my friends.

I got a second splinting (with a different dentist), and everything seems normal, but I am most probably getting a maryland bridge on just 1 tooth in a few months. The 2 teeth around the damaged piece are ok, so it is possible to have the bridge done. This second dentist is more flexible than the first one. Cheers.

Coconut oil and CLOVE are the two single best substances for healthy teeth and gums. This is well known in holistic circles. Also, Natrium-Bicarbonate otherwise known as table salt is the number one thing to use after brushing, either to rinse or a quick after-brush. You see, the true enemy of teeth is acidification of the biotope in the mouth, causing tooth decay and many other issues like receding gums. Sugar is a main cause of acidification but in general all food and drink will gradually acidify the mouth, with for instance fast food causing it more severely and quickly than say a glass of water or a salad. But to counteract this acidification is the key secret to healthy teeth, gums and mouth, and table salt is the best remedy to achieve it all and every day. Of course, himalaya salt or other salt will have a similar effect, but I've noticed best results longterm with table salt. Used to have severe abcesses though haven't had a single issue since daily use of table salt and of course coconut and clove. The coconut is in my all-natural toothpaste and the clove is soaked in water, the water used to rinse.
@sanchitmehta2275 Жыл бұрын
How do you use clove? Can you elaborate on that?
@yhsh1874 Жыл бұрын
@@sanchitmehta2275 Place 4 or 5 cloves in a glass of water, set it next to your toothbrush. Let it soak in. When you brush your teeth, rinse your mouth thoroughly with that clove water. Do this every morning and evening when you brush your teeth. With one full glass you can rinse about two time, once in the morning and once at night, then refill the glass with new cloves and water for the next morning. Make a daily routine of this. It'll keep your teeth and gums healthy like nothing else. Good luck.

It sounds as if the purpose of the oil in the mouth, the neem etc, is to kill off bacteria that is causing any gingivitis. The massage can temporarily increase blood flow to the gums. But in cases such as gum recession caused by incorrect brushing methods, and an absence of gingivitis, can such things help _that_ gum to grow back?
@FrostekFerenczy Жыл бұрын

@Palmetto-J7 ай бұрын
@@TheCardsSpeak Hi, low numbers of what? How does gum disease have a number rating?
@TheCardsSpeak7 ай бұрын
Really high numbers above 4 mean you’re in recession. They have a tool that measures the gums. Google the info for a better understanding of how they do it.
@r.15997 ай бұрын
@@TheCardsSpeak You're talking about gum/periodontal pockets, where the gum has pulled away from the teeth. If gum has pulled away from the teeth so a periodontal probe (small instrument with mm markings on it like a ruler) can measure its depth at 4mm or more, it's time to start paying attention. No need for me to Google it, unfortunately I'm aware of how it works. I had gum pockets of 4 and 5mm caused by a lack of consistent flossing. I started flossing with a water flosser twice a day, and the pockets shallowed out to 1mm. However, in some areas, gum has worn away because of incorrect brushing, as well as post-surgery. That is what my question was about. Thanks for the information, though. I know your reply will prompt someone's curiosity so they start investigating for themselves.

False! A massage does NOT cure dental recession. An ACIDIC MOUTH is the source and one needs to change their nutrition to alkaline foods (strawberries, spinach for example), do coconut pulling for 30 minutes daily, consume 5mg of Xylitol daily to rebalance your salvia pH to alkaline! Each time you eat, your mouth gets acidic. So after every meal take a xylitol gum/mint for 15 minutes, and then brush your teeth. Xylitol is a natural sugar (from birch tree) that dries out the bacteria that feeds on the sugar you eat from foods which causes cavities! Xylitol protects your teeth and gums!
@harrykrumpacker8712 жыл бұрын
Thank you Doctor. Just to be clear - the massage is supposed to be performed as you demonstrated from the outside of the mouth? Or is it to be performed with the fingers inside the mouth directly upon the gums?
