It’s funny now but it certainly wasn’t at the time😂I’m used to being able to call my sisters to come get their kids but when I realize there was no one to call I was devastated. 😂thanks for watching ❤️

My first daughter never liked to be put in the carseat, I used to give her my phone and along with playing white noise sound if I think she want to sleep. Great tips ❤

These are some good tips, most of the time my son enjoys the ride and falls asleep 90% of the time. I do use the mirror technique, but he still turned his head around lol

I’m sorry to hear this❤️ It’s a tough spot to be in. So emotional and mentally overwhelming. But you will be okay it’s just a phase. Does baby hate being in the car seat?

At this point I’m going to try a new car seat. Iv Tries all Of these things but could try the sun visor and a consistent soothing music. The only thing that works is going out around nap time so he can cry to sleep but then if it’s short journey he doesn’t always get to stay asleep. Im sure it’s because he is not near me but also the sun in his eyes and too hot. Which is hard because it’s winter In the uk. I actually think it’s stressing me out I drive everywhere. I bought a new car for the boy and he hates it.

I’m sorry to hear that. I have a hard time with it for a while. Try the sun shade and I hope that help. 🤞🏾

Hi Su! I was in the same position as you! We bought a portable DVD player and hooked it to the middle seat in the back with the mirror on the back of her seat. It really really really really saved our whole world! I wish I thought of it in the very beginning! It takes a little while, but it does get better! And we just keep very special shows on DVD that she only can watch in the car. She’s over six months now, so we are also a little more willing to do snacks in the car to save ourselves the crying drive! And when all else fails, we play Miss Rachel and she doesn’t get to look at it because it’s streaming on my phone, but hearing it seems to be enough for her! I also thought we might need a whole new car seat, but I’m glad I did not get to that point. You could also have just a few special toys for the car only, and you can also get a mobile with the hanging toys for the car! Good luck.

:D bumpy roads are what saves us from baby crying. His big brother was just fast asleep in the car the minute the engine is started. But this one is freaking out 😹😹😹😹😹

My son’s issue is more so not being able to see me I think. He doesn’t cry in the car seat in the house until we put the car seat in the car
@motherhoodfineprint2 жыл бұрын
Hey Robbie, try the car seat mirror and see if that helps. You can get it in baby stores or Walmart. Also check to ensure baby is not too tall for rare facing, as this can make them very uncomfortable as well.
