Pues con un novio ruso seguro que aprenderás pronto, a mi lo que me ayudo a aprender ruso y poder hablar fluidamente fue relacionarme con nativos y que bueno, viviendo en Rusia es más fácil pero conozco gente que no habla casi ruso viviendo años aquí porque solo se juntan con gente de su idioma, el ruso es difícil al inicio pero todo es un proceso y suerte 👌🏻

Excellent advice! Another tip is something I learned years ago from my voice teacher years ago: learn dialog (or phrases or song lyrics) in reverse. For instance, in the sentence "Я просыпаюсь в семь утра", start by saying "в семь утра" again and again until it just rolls off your tongue. Only then, add in the first part "Я просыпаюсь в семь утра". That way you're going from the unfamiliar (new) to the familiar (old). It works with me. It might or might not work with others. YMMV

So true, I recently went to visit Saint Petersburg for just over a week, and the first day was hard and challenging, even the second day to speak and understand, by my last day I was able to hold 15 minute conversation with a local taxi driver. In general I was also able to communicate my needs in the grocery store, ordering in coffee shops like coffee or treats, or talk about the differences between countries and people. I can also understand better in some contexts what people were saying to me even though my speaking and listening skills are the most I need to work on. So yes, speak more!!

The emersion method is the best method for learning a new language - when you're put in a position where you HAVE to use that language to get by EVERYDAY you will learn and retain it better than any course or book.

I’ve been struggling for a few months now trying to learn Russian and last night I had a vivid dream in which I was living at a hostel in Москва. I was having dinner with these Russian guys and suddenly I realised I was understanding mostly everything of what they were saying! Repetition until words melt into phrases is great advice. Right now, I’m still at the point where I can read the words on the screen, and they are pronounced clearly in my brain, but I try to speak them aloud to myself and my tongue won’t move from one sound to the next. It’s a different kind of freezing up. I look forward to only freezing up in front of others.

Some corrections, проблема is feminine so it should be "моя самая большая проблема", it should be "пишу по русски" (more natural), and finally it should be "это МНЕ помогает"

I'm bilingual. (Turkish/English) I've had this habit of just talking to myself in any language I felt like on any topic I want when no one was around. When I started learning Russian, I've added Russian to that language list of "talking to myself" in. I've never spoke to anyone in Russian until recently in school with a Mongolian dude. the conversation was just flowing and flowing, like I've known Russian for years. now watching this video I've realized how important talking to yourself in your target language is.

Я начинаю жестикулировать, если не могу подобрать слова на русском.😅 Разговор с самим собой на русском языке помогает запомнить лексику, но проблема в том, что грамматические ошибки остаются и повторяются, превращаясь в привычки. Поэтому я считаю, что полезно записывать себя на мобильный телефон и слушать себя. Это помогает осознать ошибки и постепенно исправлять их. Конечно, это нужно делать не каждый раз, а в определенное время, после того, как вы определиваетесь с темой, о которой хотите говорить. Иногда мы делаем то же самое с музыкой. Потому что трудно услышать все детали музыкальных ошибок, если вы играете в одно и то же время. И как в случае с иностранными языками, не всегда возможно исправить все детали музыкального произведения. Кроме виртуозов, конечно, которые иногда часами повторяют две такты но их цель отличается от нормы. Иногда мне кажется, что заниматься музыкой сложнее, чем иностранным языком! 😅

Всё зависит от уровня и цели) Если доводить до совершенства, то тут только с собеседником, чтобы ошибки подмечал. А если в начале изучения или речь на иностранном языке не развита, то можно пытаться говорить с собой как умеешь, пусть и с ошибками. Лучше чем ничего. Я английский изучаю, сам с собой пытаюсь практиковаться. Знаю что с ошибками, но для запоминания слов и для навыка говорения необходимо.

@@user-xv7rf4gg7l Ну, это потому что писать легче, чем говорить. 😅 И это не то же самое, что писать сочинение. Мои русские учителя очень требовательные. Но я их обожаю просто из-за этого. У них невероятная культура русского языка, и очень интересно слушать, как они рассказывают о происхождении русских слов, объясняя, например, исключения некоторых слов в родительном падеже множественного числа. И, конечно же, они объясняют все это только на русском языке! 🙂Вместо перевода они показывают нам картинки, на которых изображены словарные слова, которые мы не понимаем. Когда слово абстрактное, это сложнее, поэтому они переводят. Например, иногда я знаю слово на русском языке для обозначения детали, которое не имеет перевода на французском, и не могу сказать его на родном языке. 😅 Я с детства обожаю русский язык. 🥰 Я начала изучать его в 14 лет, а затем выбрала этот язык в средней школе. Я должна признать, что в детстве легче учить язык, потому что память очень острая, и наша учительница заставляла нас учить стихи Пушкина, Лермонтова, Есенина и Ахматовой. Цель была в том, чтобы мы приобрели идеальное произношение с правильной интонацией, одновременно изучая лексику и готовые формы предложений. По этой же причине мы пели русские народные песни: "Уральская рябинушка", "Калинка", "Катюша", "Выхожу один я на дорогу" (стихи Лермонтова), "Три сестры" (Булат Окуджава) и др. С другой стороны, я не вижу, кому можно было бы сказать "И скучно и грустно, и некому руку подать. В минуту душевной невзгоды… Желанья!.. Что пользы напрасно и вечно желать?" 😂 Мне очень нравится это стихотворение, но оно не очень подходит для повседневного разговора, разве что в шутку. Но я по-прежнему считаю, что изучать язык без интереса к его культуре - это отстой! На данный момент меня удручает то, что приходится учить почти 200 слов в неделю... 😖

@@Luva_-_ Believe me, it helps me in Russian, even at a higher level, because there are so many details to think of at the same time. (cases, aspects, correct stresses on words, intonation) When I have to read an article outloud in Russian, my pronounciation is incorrect too if the words are new to me. So, all the sentences countaining new vocab sound unnatural, as compared with the other ones I master, as if I made a big musical mistake, and you can hear it clearly! 😅

This is what I am doing. And I practice like I am talking to someone. And I then practice EMBELLISHING the sentence. From: my car is in the garage. My car is in MY Garage. My car is HERE in the garage. And (here can be здесь or вот and I learn the latter might not be useable). So, let me suggest. Start with a SINGLE SHORT Conversation with yourself. Rehearse that. And add to it, over time, to make it a full conversation. Like when you talk to someone at the Water Cooler. Fedor is right. Practice builds your confidence. Then you can use your time with others to practice. And to "perfect" the word selection. Repetitive practice also helps you build a memory tree that quickens your access to the Russian words.

It's difficult, but I'll try) "Теперь" is said as a result after another action or event. (Я много работал и теперь я устал. Мы купили машину, теперь нам не надо ездить на метро.) "Сейчас" is more universal word. It can also be pronounced about an event that has happened (Сейчас произошёл взрыв.), an event that is happening (Сейчас я стираю одежду), or that will happen very soon. (Сейчас приедет моя подруга)

This is a very good method. I find myself using Russian often if possible when talking to myself. Though, at the detriment of my daughter's sanity. The other thing I will do is translate English into Russian "How would I say this?" I often get it quite right. Or, very close. Using google translate to check my results. Imperfect, I admit. I try to phrase a sentence and say it out loud, then write it down. If there are words I don't know, I look them up, not down the sentence. Next day I try to phrase a similar sentence using the word I had to look up. Works fine with me.
