Thank you so much, definitely going to help me out going forward. Back in 2019 I had an episode where my heart just started racing while driving, called 911, thought I was having a heart attack, turned out I didn’t, so I spent a few years on/off heart monitors, several doctors, eventually therapy and a brief unsuccessful attempt on anxiety meds. Through mindfulness techniques, meditation and walking, I eventually got to the point where I was having less rapid heart rate episodes, I was even riding a bike and playing sports again without much worry. About 8 months ago I relapsed into these rapid heart rate, nausea, hand tremor episodes again, I know exercise, getting my heart rate up triggers these. I found your videos helpful, still working on it but I accomplished so much in the past, I know I can be successful again. ☮️

Maybe you can have your Doctor do a Full Thyroid Panel to rule out that, they cause those same symptoms. Best Wishes

I cant thank you enough for this video. Truly! Along with everyone else in this thread, you are speaking to me as well. I cant talk to many people about my anxiety issues, but even if i did, i dont believe that they could understand. It could also have a negative impact on my career as well. Mine started when my dog died 3 years ago. She was killed tragically. She was only 2. Ive been on buproprian and i dont feel that its helping much. I could be perfectly fine, and then all of a sudden, BOOM. I start with the fear, then the panic, then the nausea. Its so horrible. I want this to be gone more than anything. I would give anything to rid myself of it. I have a great life. I have a lovely wife and 2 children. Im scared, but if you ask me what im scared of, i wouldnt be able to tell you because i dont know what im scared of. This video is going to be great for me. They say that you can never get rid of anxiety and/or depression. I refuse to believe it, and i will continue to fight along with everyone else here until i have destroyed it forever. Thank you again!

I have a tricky issue. I have had a heart attack. And my fear is to have another and to die. I also have a lot of chronic pain in chest area from spine and neck issues and my trigger is having pain in chest area. I am in constant fear that is very hard to shake off and it impacts my life a lot and prevents so times exercise, which would be great for my heart. I just wanted to share in case there are others with fear of dying and heart as well as a reason to fear. You're not alone ❤ I hope you will find confidence to live without fear.

This video focuses on Generalised Anxiety Disorder which is often rooted in childhood. Fear of panic attacks is called Panic Disorder and the cause is very different. Here is a link to a video that explains Panic Disorder and how to overcome it kzbin.info/www/bejne/anqzfpWPYpqabNk

hi well I also have anxiety diarrhea. Im suffering it from 9th class till today... I'm a university student and I'm Scared every day to go to university ... Is there any way to get rid of it?

Have you been diagnosed with IBS?. IBS is very common in people with anxiety and can cause diarrhea. Aside from medications the 2 best natural treatments for it are gut directed hypnotherapy (which I have a video for kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqLJiqKjoKuAq68 ) and the low FODMAP diet.

Hi, I struggled with anxiety for a while, so I had my doctor prescribe prozac 25 mg. After that my life was never the same again, got a burning sensation in my arms and back, digestion problem, and much higher anxiety. Although I used the medicine for only 1 week. And now it has been 2 years and these problems come and go. What could have happened? The anxiety is out of control.
