Having clarity on exactly how the client is going to be onboarded and the exact processes and system that is in place once that has happened really does make a huge difference in my opinion. Great video!

Chris, love this shorter clip format! Much easier to watch. Please include more short form content like this. Cheers

Loved this topic, Chris doesn't talk so specifically about client relationships usually, loved to hear his perspective on this! In a summarized bullet list.

I remember discovering this channel around 2015 when I was making the transition from design to advertising in college, back when Jose Caballer was a “mentor” or cohost on here and the channel went by a different name. I thought of Chris recently and was wondering if he still made content because of the rise with A.I and I’m shocked to see he hasn’t slowed down. Salute to you, man.

Really great points. These are those small things that we have to usually learn from personal experience. In my first year I lost a good amount of clients because I didn't have systems in place to follow up with them and too much time would pass by and they would either hire someone else or me having to "restart" the relationship. Shame on me but I learned that mistake fairly quickly

I say yes! Working with clients is teaming up, and as a team collaboration and communication are the key assets

Cool bite sized video. But what’s with the jungle, bro? I keep thinking a tiger will leap out any second 😅
