The moment I stopped overthinking stuff and just tried to face whatever I was struggling with, I started seeing insane results. I just made a video in which I spent 12 hours trying to overcome my social anxiety and it was life changing. Before that I made a video trying to get a collab with my favorite youtubers with 113 subs to get over my fear of reaching out to people I look up to, and same thing, it was freeing. and you and your videos played a big role in me reaching that mindset, so THANK YOU.

That's inspiring! Taking action is often the most effective way.... fears and anxieties. It's one thing to think about doing something, but it's another to actually go out and do it. The fact that you're documenting your journey through videos not only holds you accountable but also serves as motivation for others who may be going through similar struggles. Whether it's overcoming social anxiety or reaching out for collaborations, you're proving that the first step is often the hardest, but also the most rewarding. JUST KEEP DOING IT

@@Apostolkosto Thank you for this comment, it's really means a lot. I was afraid to make this type of content before tbh because I though nobody would care, but the truth is I was terrified of doing it, let alone document it. Turns out, it was the most reliving and freeing thing I've done, and seing how people reacted to/got inspired by it brought tears to my eyes many time, I never felt so motivated to keep going and chase this dream of living a fulfiling life and inspiring people to do the same.
@Apostolkosto Жыл бұрын
t's a common human experience to feel fear or apprehension because many people often strive to fit in and meet the expectations of others. This desire for acceptance and conformity can sometimes hold individuals back from pursuing their true passions and goals. It's important to remember that embracing your uniqueness and authenticity can lead to personal fulfillment and inspire others to do the same. So, don't be afraid to be yourself and follow your own path! @@Ralil

I honestly think what we are all facing are many unresolved things out of our childhood / teenagehood and our inner child needs to be seen and find a true loving home. Overthinking just like having suicide thoughts, feelings depressed or anxious are only symptoms of a way deeper issue.

I feel that if the video started at 00:19 it would get more views. Because the topic is, at least to me, pretty serious and important. And starting in a funny way might push away new viewers. Anyway, I might be wrong. But I’ll keep watching this 90 days challenge.

It’s crazy to see that people also not doing well, like many people walk around with a facade. Sometimes I feel like some people are not welcoming me truly because I’m uncool to them or something, when some people aren’t really interested in my words or in me as a person I feel uncertain like I don’t wanna waste time and waste somebody’s time even tho I have so much love and fun in me, just to have good times..

Trying to solve emotional problems in order to do something is literally overthinking. There will always be some internal shit to solve. Try to do what you have to without thinking. I spent too much time trying to get things perfect inside me to move in with my life and lost too much time with it
@Apostolkosto Жыл бұрын
ou make an excellent point. The quest for internal perfection can indeed become a form of procrastination or even self-sabotage. Sometimes, waiting to feel "ready" or "perfect" is just another way to avoid taking the actions that will actually help us grow and achieve our goals. Emotional issues and internal struggles are a part of the human experience, and waiting to resolve all of them before moving forward can mean waiting forever. Taking action despite imperfections can often lead to a more authentic and fulfilling experience. It's through doing that we learn, adapt, and even heal.

Summary 1. Overthinking and Action - Overthinking can prevent us from taking action and living life to the fullest. 🧠 2. Mindset Shift - Shifting one's mindset and developing new automatic thoughts can lead to a complete shift in reality and bring about positive change. 😔 3. Negative Effects of Overthinking - Overthinking can lead to analyzing situations excessively, causing negative effects on oneself and others. 💪 4. Building Positivity - Every time we think a negative thought, we strengthen the neural connections in our brains to think that way again, so we need to build the muscle of positivity. 🧠 5. Illusory Problems - "What if the problem is that you think you have a parasite. But there isn't a parasite. The parasite is already long gone." 🌱 6. Community and Growth - Building your own group or community can lead to deeper connections and faster personal growth. 🏋♀ 7. Exercise for Mental Well-being - Exercise is a powerful tool to get out of your head and into your body, helping to alleviate overthinking and improve mental well-being. 🧠 8. Taking Action - Overthinking is a result of longing for certainty in a complex reality, but the solution lies in taking action and figuring things out along the way.

Dear readers, pls note: there r not such thing as work-life balance. Life is just a lot of work. Yr job is to complete them all with care. U take care of yr children is work. U complete tasks at yr day jobs is work. Or u r even paid to lead a department. Then u r a boss of a department in yr company. Instead of saying "stop overthinking and start doing smt" to yrself. U say "just do it." (x3.14) then u will actually end up being super productive while not knowing about it. When u compete the work u should do, u quit the "robot" mode and realize something shocking. "Holy s**t, I've done all of my work. I did it. Yeahhhhhh".

I mean, it's great that you were able to help him, but I don't think you've helped us who are overthinking things and want to take action. Just because you replace thoughts with positive things, doesn't mean you're able to act, you just have more positive thoughts. On the other hand, not that I have any research, but personally I'm an INTP, and although I certainly have cognitive biases, they are much less than the average people I meet.. And I know there is a saying that "happy ignorance" means that people who are "happier" are the ones who are overwhelmed by their lives, who have a lot of these cognitive biases, and who find it easier to simplify the complex world for themselves with cognitive bieases... I also examine my own ideas "just for fun" and to make sure I think what I think, and that's another level of overthinking you can say... So I don't see how people with a lot of these cognitive biases can be sadder.
