awesome video Leon! While watching, I also realized how many painful experiences from the past are holding me back. I remember your previous video with Rian where you discussed how these experiences can serve as fuel for moving forward, but the same pain starts to prevent you from moving forward in later stages.

Leon, thank you. I can relate to this feeling of “having to earn it”. This video helped me understand that there’s a subconscious belief that’s holding me back from scaling my business and enjoying what I’ve built.

Your channel has made me reflect on my life so much, thank you for sharing your journey and lessons. The discussion on deserving really got me thinking about self-worth and intrinsic value. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) advocates for recognizing everyone's worth and focusing on needs over entitlement. This can lead to self-acceptance and compassion, beyond external judgments. It's important to balance self-belief with empathy and understanding. NVC promotes empathy and positive connections by prioritizing understanding needs over judgments of deserving. Thanks for inspiring these thoughts!

Everybody wants to give, so If you are not receiving, you are taking from the people the oportunity to feel good about themselves, so try to think that you are being selfish in a way, and start to think that is about them giving, not you receiving, that might help... love your work man

Probably my first time commenting on a video on here ha… I’m 39, which is fair amount years pondering WTAF is going on in my head and why do I do xyz still to this day. And TBH, I’ve learnt a lot from videos like this that’s put me at peace with understanding what’s going on in my head, which doesn’t paralyse my life like it would in my younger years. Today’s educational nugget from this video was completely relating to not being completely open to deserving rewards or even compliments. My initial thought is always, do I deserve this or did I even do enough to receive what ever is given to me by someone else. Deep down I know I work hard I know deserve at least some recognition, but actually receiving it makes me feel uncomfortable… and I know it’s a stupid trait 😅 Anyways, watching this video gave me a better idea and direction to work on this so thank you 👊🏽

This is amazing video! I cried watching it! Why so little views?!
@sc1fi25010 ай бұрын
I saw your video that you made after this one, and how you talked about this one performing badly. I think it probably has to do with people in this space not being open to therapy (including me) but I watched the video regardless of that judgement and did get value from it. What I think puts people off mainly is that people view therapists as money leeches. This led me to believe that if you phrased it more like “Going Through What Therapy Should REALLY BE” or something along those lines, more people would be open to the idea of watching the video as it isn’t just another therapist anymore, and it isn’t just another version of it, its what therapy SHOULD REALLY BE. p.s. I really like dissecting youtube videos and why they are the way they are so if anyone thinks i’m missing a key detail or something similar I’d be very interested in hearing it!
@sc1fi25010 ай бұрын
extra note: I think that the main issue with this video getting the views I believe it could get is due to youtubes audience being that of self account ability. People who want therapy will get it and those who don’t want it will find ways to deal with things themselves. The value proposition here is generally meant for those who want therapy, so trying to disarm the viewers guard in watching the video and thumbnail, in my mind, would likely net it more views.

I've been following you since you started and it's obvious that you are someone that really thinks. A lot of other youtubers I follow are great, but it's basically the same video every time with a new topic. You grow, adapt and seem to always be experimenting to make your content better. I love the way you manage to balance the personal growth value the video brings to the viewer while it being entertaining but not being a complete dopamine whore where viewers watch the video and forget what happened because the video becomes a haze of dopamine hits (no hate but e.g. mr beast). So yeh don't usually comment on videos but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your content and how incredibly valuable you are although it seems like you're the kinda person that is waiting until you get the numbers you wanna see to accept your value even though you know it's not about that. p.s. amazing video
