Andy I was fat AF at 315lbs after losing everything due to massive health problems. I had lost my high paying sales job, I had become depressed, stopped taking care of myself, started looking like Bigfoot. I then started working out and eating right, got a gym membership, got down to 265, deadlifting 4 plates, benching 3, and landed a better paying sales job than when I started. Now looking at an opportunity to make serious money as I get myself back into shape for the first time in 10 years. Guarantee this wouldn’t have happened if I were still super fat. I still have 45lbs to lose to get down to 10% but I’m working on it! Your videos have been a perfect kick in the ass for me to get after it! I want you to come to my organization!

I have found the Mediterranean style diet works great. I cook vegetables like broccoli cauliflower, peppers and Brussel sprouts. Ground beef,turkey, bison or chicken. I choose a couple vegetables and one or two types of meat then scramble in some eggs. It’s easy fast healthy and fills me up.

Nothing wrong with discipline being fit. Some of the best hackers probably aren't and some of the worst prisoners probably are. It doesn't make discipline and working being fit bad but if your're only a meat head with a fit body lets make it sound like they've become some geniuses rocket scientist in disguise. Neil Beidleman a mechanical engineer works for NASA and mountaineer with balls extreme endurance. There is people who have it going on it takes hella effort no matter what.
