Dale Carnegie - How to win friends and influence people, is one of the best books I've ever read, a must read.

This book is a gem I forgotten about. Back in 2016 I listened to its narration and it helped with my insomnia. Highly recommend it :)

Nice video! Here is a great quote regarding lesson 3: “Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.” Nelson Mandela I also like the concept of "complements in disguise".

Can relate to the "unjust criticism is compliment in disguise" so hard. I have always been a really happy and smiling person and for some reason i feel like many of my friends try to bring me Down. I now realize that i am not the problem

What I love about this channel is I can go to the comments and see almost everyone gets a reply. It really connects the creator with the people watching and lots of other channels don't do this. Keep up the good work!

thank you for posting this video one percent better. rule 2 : don't expect gratitude is a very important rule . if we do something nice for someone and dont except gratitude we then cant set ourselves up for disappointment and resentment.

@@user-fj2or3xp2c Don't worry, maybe you just need to re-read it a couple of times & you will understand some things next time around. It's like when you see a movie the second time. I didn't get everything the first time myself & had to re-read it a few times which might be because of my adhd lol. You'll get it, believe you can👍
