I take my RR mix puppy out for walks several times a day plus let her run in the back yard. That really helps. She is more mellow indoors around the cats and not wanting to chase them.

A tired dog is a good dog. Too many people get dogs and don't want to provide them with mental and physical stimulation.

I can’t take him out yet I have to wait one more week before he gets his final shot to be able to go out, but he does well through out the day, comes 7pm he starts to get into trouble, throughout the day I’m trying him and also play with him to burn some energy and seems like has an issue when it’s starts late in the day , I have a treadmill on the way since he can’t go out, so he can burn some energy I need some help , thanks

I'm having a Ridgeback and when she was like 1-5 months old she's very destructive BUT my mother use some hitting method... and treat like a toddler not really a dog after many of months destructive behavior still there BUT not as badly as she used to I'm a novice dog owner but when I got my dog which is kinda random... cause her OLD owner want to take her away as soon as possible so she gave away her dog to my family however there are still plenty of problems, the place i live in is very small... the enviorment and the people around here always scolding at me when I take my dog on a walk... and when my dog pee OR poop... they all yell at me... so the best way is I wrestle with my dog and take my dog on a walk at night but still not good enough the irony here is majority of peoples here just lets the dogs out without caring and just like just let their dogs roaming around... and even there are a few dog who roaming in street which is dangerous... I find it funny cause my dog pee or pooping doesn't harm anyone and didn't cause any accident caused by Dogs and got blamed, scolded, yelled at a lots BUT I've never seen someone who lets their dogs out and go roaming around even on the street got scolded before... I felt injustice all I wished is I got a bigger backyards so my dog can run more freely OR having a better neighbor
