Schuey, love this video! I bought a vacuum sealer about 2 years ago and I absolutely LOVE it! One of the best purchases I have made! My g/f and I use it all the time! Cheers from Oceanside CA mate!

If you don't have a vac sealer, I think wrapping tight in cling wrap does a good job too. Just try to eliminate any air in the freeze package. Any air inside can do a number on the meat by freezer burn. I also found reheating on the microwave defrost setting works a treat too. Just keep it sealed up and good to go :) Also, ways to fix bloat fast? I did 2 beers for the challenge of the vid duration.

Thank you @beano9343, great tip there mate. Opened zip lock bag in water does the trick, push down, keeping opening out of water, the water pressure forces the air out 😉

Came for the occasional Food Ssssmmmuuutttt! Stayed for really solid advice. I dont always have a crowd to feed when i Barbeque a Large Hunk of Pig. But i do ALWAYS buy that big hunk of Pig, when the price is rediculously low, so sometimes i have a lot of pork i need to store.Thanks Chef....Good on ya!

schuey great video first time comment .. I’m going to do my first brisket for Christmas using your method on webber charcoal bbq .. hopefully I nail it 😂 . I am thinking on cooking it the day before how would you recommend storing it and re heating it lowest setting in oven and for how long ? I’m thinking the brisket I will cook will be 6-7 kg brisket .. thanks mate 👍👍🍺🍺

Thank you @chrismrnzevski527, I have a video planned on this very subject. Cook the brisket the day before as late as possible. So you are wrapping it up to hold stage near midnight and then pop in the oven wrapped up on the lowest setting. Take out of oven when you are ready to eat it.
