Advice to people: put a prewrap or flextape before the adhesive tape. Much more comfortable

I had something similar in my calcaneus, aka heel, and it was broken. They found it on an MRI, which it was not seen on the xray, and I had bone swelling and edema. I hope she is better but if it still hurts I would ask for an MRI; she may have a break that is not being detected on the plain films

you lost me on 2nd heel lock because the camera angle changed and so did the direction of the strapping
