I watched this video twice and I still don't know the WHAT or the WHY. Just lots of HOW. The title of the video does say that it's a HOW video, but it appears to not be HOW to setup to stream games, but rather how to do other specific options after you've already done your setup. This is like level 10, and other 'How to setup stream' videos start on level 1 or 2. So the title is misleading, bookmarking it for much much later.
