Prism live and vmix are streaming software. They don't work with each other as they both do the same thing. They don't connect to each other

Hi AJay, appreciate the video on setting up livestream to various platforms. I got KZbin and Facebook to work and I have Instagram setup with the stream key, however, when I go live and then go back to Instagram, I can't see the livestream recording. I don't use Instagram so it may be that I don't know where it's located, but I'm trying to set this up for a non-profit pledge drive in 4 days and any help/direction would be appreciated.

Instagram requires a new key every time you stream and you have to hit go live there as well

@@AJaytheCEO thanks, it worked - I was missing the step to also hit go live in Instagram. However, all other platforms, the video is landscape and in Instagram, it's portrait. Is there a way to display it in landscape? Also, when I finished recording, it didn't give me an option to save it. It says I can go to archive but I can't find where archive is at, or how to set it up so it saves it automatically. Any guidance is much appreciated. Thanks again for the help.

Can you stop and start individual streams while live?

Yes you can. Just lick the toggle beside the channel to turn off that specific stream

Can anyone help me figure out why I keep getting the error “invalid rtmp address or stream key please try again prism live studio” when I try to multistream using the app Prism Live Studio. I’ve tried to use a RTMP link and just the normal directly to platforms way and I just can’t fix it. If anyone can, please help me figure this out! :/

Verify you have the rtmp address correct and make sure your key doesn't have an extra space at the end

it is the "key" that is issued to you to allow you to stream to the given platform. They give you that key in Instagram when you setup to start streaming
