There are other factors involved, but a large part of what we consider balance can be improved by learning to turning on and develop the muscles inside our feet and ankles. In normal shoes, these muscles will become disengaged and atrophy overtime, and ultimately leads to a variety of foot problem or fall risk as we age. Standing on one foot for time is simply one of the easiest ways anyone can get started on their foot strengthening journey today

I’m confused. In attempt to strengthen my feet, I should do it in a humble way? Do I not want to offend them by my perception of their lack of strength? Is the goal to not allow the strength elsewhere in my body to become offensive to my feet? If I don’t do it in humbling way, will my feet feel feel intimidated and inferior? I’m just not sure how to go about this humbling strengthening of my feet.

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NIV‬ ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭19:10‬ ‭ God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 🕊💗

Don't use pads, they suck. There are better means to make a 1 legged stance more difficult. Use a small weight and swing it back and forth for example and try to keep all correcting movements focused in your foot, not upper body or free leg. You won't find a surface that unstable in real life, most of the time the ground is pretty hard and your upper body is unbalanced... so why not train this way too. Another reason is that you want to train to feel and interpret the information received from the ground through your foot. It's called deep perception in German, I'm not really sure what it's called in English. Anyway it's a complementary sense to your balance, just like your vision is. I hope this was a little bit of interesting feedback, thank you for your time reading this. Have a great day😘😂
