My entire arms hurt now :) i think ill just do more quads 😭😭😭 but it does help you do push ups easier

Sweet corn on the cob ! If I tried that I’d have to have a crane to get me up ! 20 years ago it was no problem . I do enjoy your videos & I may give it a go - modified for my rusty scarecrow joints . Nice and easy - baby steps for me !
