Thank you once again for a very important video. I have been teaching for 30 years and during that time I have seen so many different stretches for flexibility. They all seem to help with flexibility but once the student has achieved this , how do they have the strength to hold that position, a question I asked myself many years ago . So I decided to include strengthening exercises along with the stretching for maximum achievement. I do wish more teachers would help students understand how important it is to have both in unison. I would love to see one of your videos on strength training soon. I particularly liked your recent video about when students leave you for another studio or teacher. This was a very important point to bring up. I have seen so much angst with teachers and students over this. You are right, one leaves, another comes Thank you for sharing all your knowledge …Mimi
