I’ve noticed that doing my leg workouts/explosive work at the field combined with my football training really benefited me the most and took up my shot power/speed/strength/leg endurance in games amongst other things. Maybe it’s something you can give a go as well. Anyway keep up the good work good luck.

The oblique pullover isn’t the greatest exercise bro. It puts a lot of stress on your lower back, if it doesn’t hurt go for it just something to keep in mind

Hi stefan, i cannot do the kneeling jump. How can i overcome this and progress to it?

Start basic and just work on kneeling and jumping onto both feet. Then progress towards jumping and landing on just one foot. Then once your able to land on one foot add in the lateral jump. Skater jumps are also a great alternative, but just focus on the lateral jumps without the kneeling aspect.
