In today's video I take you through a pro level 15 minute bodyweight and ball workout that you can do anywhere. Follow along at home or at the field to keep fit and increase your physical ability.
15 Minute Bodyweight and Ball Workout
50 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest
1) Jumping lunges - switch to lunges at 25 seconds
2) Plyo Push-Ups - switch to push-ups at 25 seconds
3) Knee Tuck Crunches
4) V-Taps (outside of foot)
5) Squat Jumps - switch to squats at 25 seconds
6) Elbow to Hands Plank
7) Side Plank Dips - switch at 25 seconds
8) V-Taps (inside of foot)
9) Single Leg RDL Jumps
10) Cobra Push-Ups
11) Russian Twists
12) Box Taps - switch direction at 25 seconds
13) Leg Raises
14) Mountain Climbers
15) Juggling - below knee height

I live in Statesboro and that’s where I train as well😅 I use the far fields by the lacrosse fields for passing. There’s benches I use to help as a rebounder.

Really good workout. Do you think if i do this daily and in the future i ll add exercises like glute bridge etc will help my overreal fitness?

In what microcycle you do such training (start period) with such short breaks and what do you do during the regeneration season (breaks between exercises and series and not only)
