Hindi naman. Dun sa form, may page dun na parang consent of paternity something like that. kelangan lang pirmahan yun ng tatay.

Tanung ko lng po 4 copies ng ROB notarized each 25$ x 4 copies tama po ba? Thank you 😅

Not sure kung how much ang per page ng notary charge sa inyo. Sa akin, it was $10 per page. Pero per page nga Ang charge. Mahal! Heheh. But you can also check your bank, they can do it for you for free.

I applied a dual citizenship at same applied for late registration my son’s who was then a minor. My son’s Report of Birth Child Born Abroad of the Philippine Parent or Patents was notarized by the Consul in Los Angeles Is this Report good enough to establish the Filipino citizenship of my son or do I have to register this Report with the Civil Registrar or Statistics office in the Philippines I was told by the Consulate that I don’t have to do anything more after the execution of the Report. Please advice. I live in Los Angeles

Hindi na kelangan ipadala yung original. Just make sure you get the photocopy notarized.

Hello Aiza, are you US citizens? Baka dapat sa Canada. Pero try to get in touch with either Canada or US consulate na malapit sa inyo kung saan dapat.

Hello MJ, Hindi pa namin nirerequest yung galing sa PSA, actually. Pero nung nag-apply kami ng passport, dinala lang namin yung original approved report of birth na pinadala ng embassy sa amin.

Sir, I just have a question if the child's full name already has the mother's last name as part of the name on the US birth certificate. example the mother's surname is Cruz, so the child's name is martina Cruz Barba. when reporting the birth to the embassy. on the ROB form what should be put on the Child's first name? MARTINA CRUZ or MARTINA only?

Hello nice video very informational but we're slightly confused about the original documents I know they want 4 copies all being notarized but do they need our passports and actual Permanent resident card as well as the copies? Also I went to our bank Wells Fargo they looked at the Philippine passport and notarized the four copies can a notary in the USA really notarize a document that didn't originate in the USA?????

tHi Derek, thanks for watching! The embassy would need notarized copies but make sure to bring the original/actual passports or Green Cards with you. and yes, banks can notarize documents. I think the way it works is that they will look at the original documents and certify that they've seen the original document and the copies made.

I think you'll need to get dual citizenship first. although to be sure, you can contact the embassy about that.
