Great content. I like the idea of working out one hour after dinner in order to drop the blood sugar level. I will also take into consideration the meaning of enough sleep when it comes to the control of hunger (grehlin) and satisfaction (leptin). Now I can see that I have an issue with grehlin. 75% of my metabolism is consumed by our brains. This is also a reason for good sleep and brain health. Great to see the correlations between sleep and (brain/ muscle) health. Thank you very much!

I’m a 61 year old guy and just lost 90 pounds in a year and 6ish months. But it stopped I still walk 3 miles and just started back up on lifting weights. I stopped because of my shoulder. I hope I can lose that last 7 pounds. I got a lot of your exercises to watch, but I hope to find some that is better for my workout.

Careful with the mic gain and proximity. You can either put it a bit farther and keep the gain or lower the gain and keep that distance. Great video too :)

Hery, I have a question. It all makes sence BUT: I thought itś very impotent to eat AFTER a workout. Of course protein and good carbs, to build muscles. So Iḿ confused that you can do a workout at evening (wich I also prefer) but than eating nothing for at least 12 hours. Is that really good? Thank you for answers.

Also, there's no biological need to consume carbs. Your body can make all of the glucose it needs through gluconeogenesis.

Hi, I lost ca. 44 pounds of weight in 1 one Year, with your Training and the Book, Initiation into hermetic and kundalini. I also Made a Video about It, but because of Copyright I can't share, but I can describe it. The Video has 4 Corners. Upper right, a Zuzka Light Video, upper left a Spiritual Singer, bottom left kundalini, bottom right yoga, or witch of wonderlust. The Video contains a Suggestionen going through every Part of the body, saying: I have a perfect "Bodypart". I also made recipe for an instantproteincoffe with sugar and marshmellows. After that a Lemon fizz or orange juice. Than Sugarwater and than Saltoil. To train my lungs I use cigarettes and if feel for it, I have a walk or watch a Marvel movies. I made a Playlist in my Channel For IT called: "Alita Metal Power Angel".
