ABC etc are not really welcomed. It's cringe when you see ABC tourists desperately asking for a menu in English. When they get it the waiter doesn't speak English so you're back at square one. So it's best to bring along a local or learn to speak Cantonese. Now, one will regret learning at least spoken Cantonese. At the end HK is still a great place to eat but be prepared for rudeness at the 茶餐廳。
