nasdaq took 16 yrs to nominally break even and u lose 25% to inflation. Back then all treasuries yielded 6%. the lesson is to look at absolute valuation metrics (e.g. EV/E or EV/FCF) and NOT locking a dime for perpetuity at low expected returns.

32:56 I thought about this too, but this goes against the "let your winners run" argument?

When the market is very high keeping some funds in cash or shorter bonds make sense. When S&P 500 was over 4700 I expect it will be at least 5 years probably longer before the market can logically go above this high though it probably better sense to invest in overseas markets which are much cheaper.

When anyone says no matter what just blindly invest in the stock market and forget about it, suggesting it's useless to think about the underlying macroeconomics , all you have to say to make them shut up and look like a fool is one single word ... NIKKEI

Cost of college will not continue outpacing general inflation b/c the historical cost growth was a direct response to the advent of student loans... that stepwise functional change has been spent... now the growth rate will revert to general inflation. Same story with Healthcare, provided the govt doesn't continue to screw it up.

Healthcare costs are likely to go up faster than inflation due to a shortage of staff & an aging population(increase in demand)

Putting a lump sum in the market all at once is fine 90% of the time, but when we're clearly heading into recession (2007/2023) or clearly in a bubble (2000/2021) then it's stupid to do a lump sum. This is simply bad statistical extrapolation without respect to the human component of execution.

It stuns me enormously the way that I go from carrying on with a typical way of life to making over 63k each month I've gleaned some useful knowledge throughout recent years that there are a lot of plenty opportunities in the financial markets;all it takes is just to focus on the right thing. Credits to Amanda Elizabeth Keller.

The financial markets are full with opportunities, but I've learned a lot over the past few years to doubt that. The key is knowing where to focus. Well appreciated, Amanda Elizabeth Keller.

My consultant is Amanda Elizabeth Keller. I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care supervision. I basically follow her trade pattern and haven't regretted doing so.
