I would say you need to work in layers when it comes to clothing for outside temperatures ranging from -6 to -16 . Definitely do not go outside without good shoes and warm socks/ a hat - cap and even earwarmers if you prefer ... Always keep your feet and hands and head covered because those will first feel cold and are really hard to warm up again.GETTING COLD goes much quicker than getting warming again... Learn to love hot drinks such as cecemel ( hot cacao), teas and certainly soup!! Spicy drinks (ginger; chili, pepper) can help you get warmer faster because your body s heating gets turned "on "...

Depende sa type Ng contract mo. If Umowa o prace ang saiyo paid ang holidays at sick leave. Kapag winter at outside ang trabajo may certain temperature na kinoconsider na pwede magwork lalo kung sobrang lamig talaga....
