How to Survive Your Liquid Diet?

For those that do not know me, I had gastric sleeve surgery on July 17, 2018. Currently, I am on the post-op liquid diet, there are a lot of things to learn about it so you do not make yourself crazy while trying to achieve the ultimate goal of shedding weight.

Pre-op, as in, the cabbage soup diet? If you have thyroid problems (ie, hypo), then maybe look into the effects of cabbage on hypo-thyroiism. If you have it, then the cabbage soup/pre-op diet is not recommended. What are the chances that you even have it? lol, but, I figure it'd be safe to suggest you into it, just in case.

The key is sticking with it. And try to keep sugar intake low. Stay with the plan and success will follow.

my doctor sold the Proti diet products at his office, so it was easy to just buy a bunch when I went in for my check ups. He was super nice to his patients and we got the product at cost.

So glad I found this video. I had the gastric balloon installed back in February and need to get back on a liquid diet to shrink back my stomach. I lost 10 lbs in two days from that so I can only imagine doing a liquid diet for a week.

Hi mark I just had the gastric sleeve surgery done on September 16 I just don’t like the pains that come with it so since my surgery I’m still doing the liquid diet and I’m moving around more n all but I barely want to eat my soup and I get lots of rest and thanks for sharing

It’s totally worth it. I still don’t regret it. My weight loss was not as dramatic as some, so Im doing some things to help jumpstart that. But having the ability to not overeat is great.
