Wow, heavenly designed velvet! If I didn’t need to go to work for a living, I would go for it, definitely! It feels like to blitz swimming technique training with a ‘crash course’. No summer camp is more worthy than an “intensive” one to get to the next level in 5 days. 🐬

Hi! quick question when your doing your flutter kick do your feet come out of the water to make a splash? Or do u keep them all underwater

Your feet are under and above the water, your knees are locked, you can’t bend them, your feet and thighs have to be straight and your kicking without moving your knees that’s flutter kick.
